How does the free tier work?
You can start using Vibe Pets instantly without creating an account. Free users get 3 AI portrait generations (lifetime). To get more portraits, upgrade to Vibe+ for 100 portraits per month.
How does the Vibe+ subscription work?
Vibe+ subscribers get 100 AI portrait generations per month. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused portraits do not roll over to the next month.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at 39mventures@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
My portrait didn't generate correctly. What should I do?
If a portrait fails to generate due to a system error, your allowance will be automatically restored. For quality concerns, try uploading a clearer photo with good lighting. If issues persist, contact us and we'll help resolve the problem.
What photo formats are supported?
We support JPEG and PNG images. For best results, use well-lit photos where your pet's face is clearly visible.
